Chickens!

We have chosen chickens that are particularly well suited to domestic gardens. Omlet's chickens are excellent egg layers and friendly individual characters, that will soon become a fascinating part of your garden landscape.They have been organically reared to Soil Association Standards and are at point of lay. This means that they are between 16-20 weeks old and should lay their first egg in 4 to 6 weeks.

Gingernut Ranger

Dark russet red with accented black tail feathers, this is a perky chicken. A consistent layer of large tasty eggs, she has an inquisitive nature and will never be far away if you are out in the garden.

All Omlet chickens have been fully vaccinated against common diseases. They are floor raised and will have their beaks trimmed. Availability of our chicken breeds varies from week to week and although we always try our best it may not be possible to guarantee your first choice of chicken.
