My third auto door- to let chickens into a run extension with fresh grass in it. Happy chickens and a run nearly doubled in size by using a mixture of netting and some old electric fencing. So good to see them out on fresh grass.

After receiving the automatic door, I left it in the box for 2 weeks-scared to death that it was going to be awful to install. I just installed it today and it was AMAZING-I had to make a few adjustments to our homemade coop due to the door opening being huge, but otherwise, the installation was so easy!! Programming was a breeze and I am excited to see how it works!!

I wanted the outside door to be green so that I could see from my house that the door was open.

Extremely good product, in fact it is that good and simple, while I was waiting for the new one to arrive, I managed to take off the old one (5 years old) that wouldn't shut. It kept saying the crush was jammed. I pulled it apart and gave the entire inside a good clean put it back together. It works perfectly again, now I can give the new one to my daughter. While it was broken I had to set alarms to shut the main door and if I was out phone home for someone to shut it. Absolutely love this door, perfect for anyone and the chickens.

We had a coop door that was working but not bluetooth connected. We had t go to the coop panel to program. Love the app feature on the Omlet Door. Has worked perfectly for us. My only gripe is that it does not automatically switch from one source of power to another automatically. When we go away for extended periods, it would be perfect to know that if the electricity is interrupted that the batteries would take over to continue with auto opening and closing. Same for if it were left on battery power and they went dead that the electricity could take over. This would be our perfect world for piece of mind and ease of operation. We need that upgraded version now please! We have 9 beautiful hens.
