Why should I use the floor protector?
If your pet was to pee or poop while they are playing and exercising, you can just remove the floor protector and clean that rather than having to clean the floor or carpet.
Can hamsters jump out of the playpen?
Hamsters are not great jumpers, and the sides of the playpen are designed to make it almost impossible for your pets to climb out. Having said that, we recommend to never leave your pet unattended in the playpen, and to not place toys and accessories in a way that would make it more likely for your pet to reach the top of the panel.
Can you leave your pets in the playpen?
We recommend never leaving your pets unattended in the playpen for long periods of time.
Can I connect my hamster cage to the playpen?
Yes, using the tunnel parts from the kits you can create a walkway down to the playpen. We don’t have a custom made kit for this, so you will need to work out how many tunnels you need to get to the playpen. We don’t recommend that your pets have free range to the playpen from their cage, they should always be supervised when in the playpen.
