My parakeet has laid two eggs outside of the nesting box. This will be her second nesting. The first one was successful with four beautiful babies Why is she doing this?

My female budgie has laid 2 eggs and has been sitting in the nest box for approx 12-15 days now.I went to check on them now and discovered blood on the perches. The blood seems to be on her chest under the beak and around her tail feathers. What could have caused this. When i opened her nest box she flew out and is now sitting with the male on a perch and has not gone back to the nest now for about 2 hours. If she abandons her eggs can they be put under a love bird which is sitting on infertile eggs? She seems ok i just do not know what happened.

i have a pair . the female laid 3 eggs in the nesting box yesterday night she laid an egg outside the box in the cage . so what should i do put the egg back in or throw it? or put it in a nesting box of another pair

I have two female budgies and the one laid her 3rd egg. She is laying under her food bucket the whole time. Our petshops dont have nests currently. What else can I use for her? I dont have male budgies, my male died earlier this year and when I bought this budgies I was told it's both male. Shall I go get her a male budgie while she is in her mating stage?

my budgie has 2 eggs in her box the box has no grass or feathers or anything soft to hold the eggs in... is this ok?? should I add grass or hay inside?? also she has only had two eggs, I just check today and I found two... is this also ok, or is this when she just lays non fertile eggs?? sorry for all these questions its just my first time having birds and I just want to make sure my budgies are happy with everything and also their eggs!! THANKS!

Please help! My budgie had 2 of 7 eggs hatch yesterday and she was very good about sitting on the eggs up until that point. This was not a planned event but when she became broody I left her to it. I need help with 2 issues, she's in a large cage with 1 female and 5 males. I think I know who the dad is but I'm not positive. Should I move her the nest and the suspected dad to a separate cage? Problem 2 is that I haven't seen her go into the nesting box in about 24 hrs now, almost since the e chicks hatched, is that normal? How do I know if I should take the babies?

I have 2 week old, 1 week old amd new borns in the same box ..should I remove the older ones? I dont want them to trample the babies
