I love the Omlet automatic chicken coop door. I highly recommend this door. It was easy to install and program, and most of all, it works. The door opens and closes with no issue. I only had the Omlet door for about two weeks, and it works like a dream. I have had other automatic doors that break after a short while or after it rains. The Omlet door is built well and keeps working rain or shine.

The door works well and very strong. Only downside is I can't see a way of opening on a timer and closing using light. It seems to be only timer or only light.

I’m happy I got this to complete my chickens home. Now I don’t have to worry when I get home late and they don’t have to wait until I get moving in the morning! I have 2 Eglu Cubes, the walk in run and now the automatic door. Pleased with it all!

Mounting bracket works great for my auto door to mount on the coop. Only downfall was when I ordered the coop and auto door at the same time I didn’t realize you’d need to purchase this bracket separately. But when I figured that out and ordered it it came pretty quick and all is good now.

I feed feral cats in my garage that come in thru a small pet door and then sleep inside for the night to stay safe from the foxes. The problem is that my local raccoon population, and sometimes skunks (we live on a farm) have figured out the process and come in and tear into the automatic feeders, etc. This led to me training my cats (not all that feral anymore) to come in to the garage by 9:30 pm and then I'd close the garage door for the night. Worked well but a pain if you have other things going on in your life. This auto door has solved the problem! We mounted it inside the garage door with the open side lined up with the pet door- the sizing is a perfect match. Just went on YouTube to help with programming instructions since we found manual confusing.

I purchased the omlet horizontal sliding coop door about three weeks ago. So far it is everything they claim it to be. It works on three different programs. Automatic by light, open and close by time, or manually

So reassuring to know that the hens are out early on a morning especially in this hot weather. The timer is easy to set and is very accurate.

I like this door. It works great and is easy to adjust the time if needed. The light is a big help. My only concern was that there were delays in shipping that were longer that posted at the time of my order. Otherwise it is exactly as advertised and a quality item. The side to side movement is a bonus over other doors.

So glad that we purchased this door. No problems and I love knowing that the chickens can be locked up even if we aren’t home to close the door.
