Hi Carolyn, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. This isn't a very common problem. I wonder if there is a fault with your stand? I would suggest to be cautious not to overfill your drinker and feeder and if the problem continues to contact our customer service team and we can issue you with a replacement.
