It took my chickens a few days to figure out what to do with it but after shaking it for them a few times they soon got the hang of it. It keeps them amused for a eje and they seem to love it. One thing I hadn't thought of is it you don't clean it out regularly the bit of corn left in the bottom quickly goes mouldy and starts sprouting so if you don't mind cleaning it out or using it regularly then it's a great toy.

It does an amazing job of keeping the food dry and there’s no fighting among our three hens. My only minor criticism is that they rarely eat all the way to the bottom - but we just dump it out every month and it works fine.

The hens like to use the feeder and it attaches easily on the side of the pen. It lifts off for easy refill.

I ha e four pekin bantams who I guess are a bit spoilt. They free range in the garden and get chopped veg everyday. They consider it too much effort to actually have to peck for their veg. I think if they were bigger hungrier birds they would probably enjoy using it.

This is much better than the other drink dispensers in the run and better than the original Omlet drinker I had. It fits in easily and securely to the side of the run and is very easy to wash and fill. I notice the hens are now only occasionally drinking from the other dispensers, preferring this new Eglu drinker.

I was a little apprehensive about the feeder and whether my girls would like the change from tradional feeders, but they love it! I find the convenience of just lifting the feeder and drinker so easy peasy and I move the carrier around the Orchard every few days. So easy to clean every week. I keep two of each to swap around. Can’t recommend these highly enough ???????? !!

Although I got a feeder with the Eglu Cube I purchased I wanted a second feeder for oyster shell. Products are great but I think I could have taken delivery of a custom build car faster than my order being delivered! If you want any Omlet products be prepared for a very long wait!

The chickens love this ! It's like they're playing Swing ball :)

I have had these about 3weeks now they are fine expensive for what you get and they took ages to arrive
