We have an Eglu Classic attached to a converted greenhouse (no glass!) that works as a chicken run. The run needed some shelter and these were ideal. They're easy to attach using the rubber straps and are sturdy - they keep off sun, wind and rain. They're a little smaller than I thought but having three gives us a range of options for sheltering our chickens. A great product!

The product is brilliant especially in the what seems to be new "hurricane" season we're experiencing, the girls are very happy to have somewhere to shelter from the winds! The reason I gave it 4 stars was I cant find wind break for the go up, so there's an idea for you

It does the trick in sheltering the little area of run under the cube from rain and the worst of the wind. Also good for a shady area for the girls to get out of the sun should they wish to when we are lucky enough to have some!

Excellent item works really well around base of eglu cube

These are a fiddle to fit. I ended up tying all three together and wrapping it round as it is impossible to clip individual covers onto the wire without leaving gaps. I lifted the back levers high enough to be able to fit the cover snuggly around the three sides in one piece. Worth the effort as it now looks neat and is a cosy refuge for my pampered hens.

Could be better fitted to the pannels, finding a suitable spot for the bungees is hard, we opted for using just 2 on both back corners, and let some light in thru the middle, it gets a bit dark otherwise.

It is a pity that the chroom rings after a few days In the rain starting to rust

I bought these after noticing in windy conditions the chickens seemed quite unhappy. In general I'm very pleased with them and they certainly huddle under the cube in a much more comfortable way than before. My main criticism of the product is that it is very difficult to fit them snugly due to needing to wrap the hooks around the sides to fit. Therefore a couple of the covers have got ripples in them where I've had to move the hooks to lower levels than ideal.

As with most of Omlet's goods, these three windbreaks were excellent. It would be much better, however, if the one for the back was LONGER than the other two, as the back section is longer! There is always a bit where the wind blows in on my chickens.
